Jeff Yan says HIP-4 will allow permissionless deployment after Hyperliquid’s next network upgrade

Hyperliquid founder Jeff Yan said in a Discord post that HIP-4 will open for permissionless deployment after the network’s next upgrade. He also said different market templates will not go live all at once, but will be introduced step by step through validator voting. The update was reported by Odaily in a brief market analysis item. No additional rollout date or upgrade schedule was disclosed in the source. The statement ties the HIP-4 change directly to the next network upgrade and indicates that validator voting will be used to phase in support for different market templates.
